I wonder how many prosper has flagged as BK that really aren't? It really is free money on Prosper isn't it.

One has to wonder what else? Are those marked as "in collections" really in the hands of a collection agency? Are those *not* marked as "in collections" but very late really the result of the borrower asking to stop collections?

BTW, this is not the only account that is marked "In collections/Bankruptcy". There's at least one more.

Clearly, once again, the right hand doesn't even know the left hand exists, let alone know what it's doing.

PMI's totally lack of transparency to the their customers - the lenders - will ultimately be their downfall. Which is sad because the premise holds such promise for those who bother to think out the entire process (listing, funding, loan verification, collections, lawsuits, showing up for BK court) completely through.

*sigh*
