Seriously, read this.  Article from The Big Money, part of Slate.  None of what's reported will be a big shocker to anyone here, but I doubt this makes the Prosper blog.

BTW, .org is featured.  Yay!

I doubt anyone here gives a shit about you.  We pretty much all know that you are a vile and unethical parasite of a human being with an abnormal craving for attention."

FINALLY an honest assessment of Prosper.  BTW, Fred's blog is also linked.

BTW, you can also comment on the article.

Amazingly excellent.  Accurate.  Links to places other than .com and points out .com's false advertising.  Note Larsen still tries to spin.  "Oddly late?"  Like many of my borrowers!

FWIW, pre-write your comments in Word and then paste to their comment section, because it'll time out pretty quickly.

I swore to myself not to go into my account today to see if I have any more new lates since I'm approaching a distressed level of 50% now.

Yeah I want to have a good day at work tomorrow I'm not gonna log on.   Screw it.   Cheesy

Someone needs to do a wiki update

and update the FB, Prospers, FB, ask for comments via the Prosper blog, update their personal blogs, Twitter, link in comment areas of prominent blog or media pieces on Prosper, etc.

FB is updated. Is there any way we can move the org link to the lobby so people can read it without registering?

I posted the link on the Prosper FB page and asked them what they made of the article.  I'm genuinely curious to hear their reaction and if they chose to refute any of it (which they absolutely should, if anything is inaccurate).
