Guilty: I drank a lot of kool-aid that month.

That was my first month on Prosper. My portfolio resembles those numbers.

My personal delinquency percentage for Feb 07 is currently sitting at 7.21%. (I will re-visit in a few months to see if it's holding)
For my loans made in June 2006, that number is 42.5%
I currently have 3 months where the current delinquency rate is above 30%.
I've doing okay since January 07, but my reason for slowing down has little to do with my mediocre portfolio performance.

All 3 of my Feb 07 loans are current, but my Jan 07 loans are 72.16% delinquent ($200 across 3 loans; one 4+ Months Late and one Defaulted due to Bankruptcy).

My feb 07 loans are all current (total of 8 loans). My jan 07 loans are another story: 1 current, 3 paid, 1 <15, 1 >15, 2 4+ months late, 1 default. I just had a rash of lates on loans that are over a year old.

My Feb 2007 borrowers were perfect as well.
Sep 2006 is my worst at 50% delinquent!
And Apr 2007 isn't shaping up to be any picnic either. 23% delinquent already!

Do I need to have another sampling theory post?

Do I need to have another sampling theory post? Why worry about samples when ALL * the data is right there? * Well, there are those 66 loans that "disappeared", but you know what I mean, silly.

February was when I inflicted the most pain on my portfolio. All of my current bks (snickering at the oxymoron) were made this month. The fourth paid early.

Heh, the month of the first Prosper days when everyone was so hyped. Hilarious.
You know, for all the crap Pensioner takes, at least he got out then instead of pressing his losses.
