I never complain about getting payments!   Grin

Unfortunately, I have other Chap 13's that I have not seen any activity since they filed.

Note that there are some deadlines for creditors to file paperwork as well. Would be interesting to know whether Prosper has filed anything.

Never let it be said that Prosper's Customer Support isn't on the ball. At about the time I wrote the above quote, I sent a note to ask Prosper about my Ch 13 Bk loans.

Guess what arrived in my inbox a couple of hours ago?

I believe that's more information than we ever had on payment schedules for a Ch 13 bankruptcy.

Wouldn't the rule of thumb for Chapter 13 payments be what the trustee said in the lawsuit? Are they really that haphazard to not list out when creditors are to be paid? Since it's a straight percentage, why would any loan get paid over another loan since surely the judge saw the total of what was owned when they ruled on the percentages? And finally, with pennies on the dollar like that, it sure looks like Chapter 13 is almost the new Chapter 7.  Ninja!

(obviously I don't know much about Chapter 13 so excuse my ignorance)

Two points.

1)  Why not TELL US THIS INFORMATION INSTEAD OF MAKING US ASK FOR IT.

2)  It looks like HO is stuck with prosper for the next 5 years....  Ninja!
