It is over.  So far, I only see cosmetic things.

-  Lates are now reported in days instead of months.
-  Failed auto pulls now cause two entries (one pass +$x.xx, one fail -$x.xx)

They've also adjusted the way they account for payment dates, and they've separated out collections fees from servicing fees.  I think this is indicative of some major underlying change to deal with flaws that they had in dealing with payments made on loans that were in collections.  I've had a handful of loans that were being kept in collections even after a payment had technically brought them current: the payments were posted in time to bring them current but not "received" until the loans were late again; during the interim the loans were oxymoronically labeled as both "current" and "in collections".  When I brought this up, they acknowledged the problem and indicated that a systemic fix would be difficult but was in the works.  I have a feeling that this may have been "the works".

I noticed another change.

I've had a "<15 late" since 4/21.
It now has a "payment in progress," but has already switched to the "current" status.

In the past, these would always stay in a late-state until the payment was no longer "in progress."

I had a "1 month late" (also in collections) that is the same way. Payment in progress, but "current". And the collection notice is gone. Thanks Amsher, for finally earning your fee.

What is up with the Orange on Orange Listing Amounts and Rates??? Go to a listing and look at the Orange Bar behind the Orange Text that tells you the Amount requested and Rate...makes it kind of difficult to read...wth?

I have a payoff in progress that should have cleared today.  I normally would have received an email letting me know that one of my loans payed off and it's status changed.  This loan and one other should have had payments clear today.  So far there have been no transactions.

It seems payments have cleared anywhere from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, using my personal experience. At last in the past two months, it appears that window has narrowed slightly to 11:00 to 2:00 or 2:30.

Another thing, here is the verbiage for lates (both old and 3.0):

Quote
This loan is delinquent and was sent to collections

This loan has become delinquent and a collection agency is attempting to recover unpaid balances.

No mention of collection agency, no tracking of any payments made. I have 2 lates, one a legacy loan that was in Amsher's hands, the second was a 3.0 deal that Prosper was collecting in-house (this loan had made a pmt after it went late).

Also, not a big fan of two transactions on failed pmts...(one showing paid, the second showing failed and backing out pmt).

There are days after the Late - (15-30) or (61-90)
There are also links to sold notes - you can track the status of sold notes and see whom they were sold too...

It's now 7pm and there have been no account transactions.  Did any body else receive payments today?

Yeah, no dice. It even appears a maintenance effort came and went. It looks like they ditched the orange. Here's to Tuesday AM payments...
