i will still be amazed if a check ever shows up... Prosper will probably be as incompetent in paying the settlement as they were in managing collections... at least when they blow it this time it will kick-in that nice non-payment clause the judge gave us.

Prosper Employees and their families were  excluded in the Pleading!

On the whole, that sounds fair.  But it sucks to be AMF and other good eggs at Prosper who may have ended up (I didn't go check) with negative ROIs.
