October now... still nothing for me either.  My 'Principal charge-offs' on the 'Investing tab' is $1,311.03.

I got a post card last week (dated 11/13) labeled "FINAL NOTICE" (but I'm told there weren't actually any previous notices) saying that I was mailed a check on Aug 15 but that it hasn't been "presented for payment".  Hmm, I can't recall getting it.

Anyway, they provide a toll free number thru which I can ask for the check to be re-issued - which I did.

The card also says the deadline to cash the original check is December 13, 2014.  The re-issued check will have a new expiration date.

The phone number is 866-274-4004.  They'll ask you for the "Mail ID" shown on the post card.  I don't know what they'll ask for if you don't have it.

Yup, got one too. I asked for a new check please, will let everyone know how much it was. I think my charge offs were <100 total.

However if the check is over $2.00 then I WOULD HAVE MADE A CLEAN AND COMPLETE PROFIT ON MY INVESTMENT WITH PROSPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The settlement says they're to have the next installment within 10 days of April 16 IIRC. I wonder if we'll have to wait 3 months again for the Escrow company to send us our checks.

I believe they split the distribution into 3 payments, but they're not equal payments.  Somewhere in this thread I think we mention what % of your settlement you get with each check.
