What is your experience in P2P lending?
I found Prosper online in 06 when I was investigating unsecured business loans. I signed up and promptly joined Two Millionaires group and couldn't figure out why I didn't get funded... I got a loan in 07 after a fire at my business.

How did you end up at Prospers.org?
I was on the old forums, and when posts started getting edited links to this site started appearing in signatures... I lurked a while after my last loan. When I posted the new loan, the lag time on the new forums was driving me crazy. I finally googled Prosper forums and found the site again.

Where to do you live?
Friendswood, TX. My husband works for NASA.

What do you do?
I have a degree in vocal performance. I was going to be a famous Broadway star but had kids instead. However, I do have some very nice headshots from my performing days, which explains my listing picture. Now I own a music studio, but do community theatre occasionally. I got to be Maria in the Sound of Music about 8 months ago- that was fun. My studio offers a lot of classes, but I personally teach primarily early childhood classes. I have 3 children including a new baby.

Why the heck are you suddenly posting so much?
I am sitting up a WHOLE LOT with a one month old- I'm enjoying all the drama and reading the boards as I rock the baby. It's much more entertaining than CNN.

Hobbies?
I'm so busy I don't have hobbies. My business takes most of my time. I do the website updating/design and the office work as well, so there's always something to do. I'm a night owl and stay up way too late on the computer. I used to do animal rescues (bottlefeeding kittens, etc.) but as my poor husband is allergic to cats we gave that up. We have 4 cats and 3 dogs, hermit crabs, and one bird- plus my daughter's rats. I used to read a lot of fantasy/sci-fi, but haven't read as much in recent years.
