I had the same thought.  Did you tell the lawyer of your own legal difficulties and the various other facts that will be used to impeach your testimony?

I don't know, as many have said on this forum the Prosper crowd have issues seeing the trees in da forest.

Stupid may be a valid defense in their case. They could use this site as evidence.

Well, there's some comfort in that. Everything you touch turns to [edited to remove profanity].

I don't think even Bama can make PMI turn into a bigger pile.

With the SEC decision now public, what would be the rationale for Prosper to continue their silly charade of a "quiet period?"

Sitting in this situation and deciding to only communicate about influenza and cooking tips for your Thanksgiving turkey is just bizarre.

I have seen some odd management of corporate communications issues in my day, but this easily takes the prize.

What little was left of Prosper's online credibility and reputation is being torn to shreds as I write this - and all they do is talk about turkey leftovers.

Try a google search for Prosper Marketplace SEC and see what comes back for web, news and blogs.

How will they ever be able to attract another customer?
