But if my understanding is correct, the executives of a company that is selling unregistered securities can be personally liable.  Chris Larson has money.

Prosper's board is also stacked with deep-pocketed VCs.  Board members, if I recall correctly, can incur liability for failure to perform.

I would think so, both as an operational executive, as a member of the board and also as a partner in JC Capital (I suspect he is the "J" and Larsen is the "C").

Formal truce bama, this sh!t sucks for everyone involved. I've been a little concerned since the 'quiet period' went into effect as it seemed a little odd. Now we know. Can't say I'm surprised.
