One would think.  The only thing that makes ANY sense to me, in light of this exceptional record, is that Crack Collection R Us decided not to put another cent into the Prosper contingency account.

perhaps it was just a facade they were trying to create with the hope they would have been bought out by now

Is, not showing up to testify in court is just another manifestation of their self imposed quiet period?  ???

It's also possible that the crack collection firm decided there's no point in wasting legal time trying to get defaults entered when the judgments aren't collectible.
Doug Fuller had already stated that he was only going after people who either had funds or would have funds in the future.

So not only does he win every lawsuit he files (except one - where he fired the lawfirm) but he has a crystal ball too. Cool!!

Do you have a Prosper loan?  If so, what is your screen name?

Yeah.  If you are tied up in a Prosper lawsuit we can help with advise.  What's your user name for prosper?  We can probably scope out the details of the case from there.

He does, but that crystal ball told him in May 2008 not to sell our loans to a JDB because the credit markets were going to improve and he would get better offers by holding on.
