Anyone in CA have $25 to transfer out?  If so, did you have to sign the new agreements to transfer your money out?
Requested transfer of $47.30. Checked box to authorize transfer, but nothing in regards to any agreements. I wonder if that's for new borrowers, new loans or new money.

Probably for new money, new loans or new borrowers.  I think someone told the class action attorney about when prosper tried to force lenders to agree to new TOS just to get their money out.  I wouldn't be surprised if that got addressed somehow, or if Prosper's own attorney's decided that trying to force TOS like that on people would weaken their case that the TOS are in any way binding.

I pulled out more than $25, but not my entire balance.  I didn't have to sign the new TOS to get my money, but couldn't initiate a second transfer out for the balance.  It has to be $25 or more for me now.

Ah well, looks like Pro$per is not allowing "investments" in Maryland.

Which disappoints me. It's like finding out that the local heroin dealer will not make stops in your neighborhood. Now I'll have to watch all the newbies drown from afar.

I just sent support the following message:

Quote
On May 4th, 2009, my account was suspended.  The e-mail stated that my account would be suspended for 30 days but today (July 13th, 2009) my account is still marked as being suspended.

I am requesting that my suspension be lifted as per the terms of the original suspension.

They just sent me back the following e-mail:

Absolutely not.  I might try to put up a listing, though.  :ninja:

Ira she wants to lose more money. Some people just don't know when they have it good.

Let's see 99 defaults, and another 17 lates (probably mostly bk's). Some people just don't know when to quit.

You know, I just took a look at my LendingStats. I can't believe I'm making 6.64%.

No wonder I want to lend more! YES YES YES!

I wonder if I'm beating banks.

I don't think LendingStats has updated in a while.  It shows fewer lates than I have.   >:(
