I wonder if one of the unacceptable conditions was the Prosper had to buy back loans that were cases of identity theft.

That was my guess, expressed here back in April 2008 when this was going down.  If true, that would be a breathtaking breach of Prosper's duties to lenders.

hahahahaha updates??

I hope that if Prosper survives the class action, a condition of the settlement is that Prosper provides lenders with updates on NAT loans, collections, debt sales and all the things that it now ignores.
