Prosper Settles with the State of Kentucky

Kentucky announced that portions of 10,843 unregistered notes (securities) were sold to 294 Kentucky residents who, together, had invested $855,517 through Prosper. Kentucky concluded their investigation of the matter on October 9, 2009 and levied the sum $4,776 against Prosper for the violation.
