It would be interesting to track daily originations...to see how much they will stuff through during the last few days.

Not to worry.  Much of the drop-off will be erased on Jan 31st.   ;)

Maybe Obama will buy the toxic assets...that would be nearly 100% of Prosper.

"This site will go down for maintainence and come back shortly as prosper.gov".

The failure of Prosper.Com poses systemic risk?!
