Actually, IM-Sharky may not be a total loon after all, just someone operating without access to balanced information.

We have had a very pleasant exchange and I have invited him/her to join us here at Org. 

Let's make him/her feel welcome here.

copy and paste ff fields in the 'query' action form: (only the text after the colon  )

Object type: Loan
Fields(case sensitive): CreationDate,CreditGrade,Key,LenderRate,ListingKey,OriginationDate
Conditional Expr: CreationDate >= '08-19-2009 03:45:41' and CreationDate < '08-27-2009 03:49:08'

hmm, perhaps they have not updated their database yet....

Perhaps that not by accident.

You can still pull data from their performance page.  They're struggling to keep up with early 2006 numbers.

I hope it's just a lack of updating. There are 11 loans funded for today, with another one at 75%. Not stellar, for sure, but I'm still rooting for the business to work.

Looks like IM-Sharky has stopped.  His/her performance speaks for itself...all P3.0 loans...9% of the portfolio defaulted within the FIRST year.
