I've got over 250 current 1.0 loans, so I expect to receive payments every business day. I haven't received a single cent since Monday. They really have screwed something up.
Nor have I. I wondered what was up. I had three loans payoff yesterday and there was no money in my account.

I had a loan charged off this week, but there is no record of the charge-off in my account history.

I just made my first payment on my Prosper loan, but I am not sure I should have done so.

If Prosper is not crediting lenders with borrower payments, why should I pay on my loan?  The lenders who are on my loan aren't getting the payments so it makes no difference to them whether I pay or not.

This kind of thing is precisely why I took out my hedge loan ...if Prosper won't pay my money that I am due, then why should I pay Prosper?

The good news is that the payoff-in-process is now marked paid.  The bad news is that when I go to the loan page it still shows processing and I have not yet received the funds.  This should have cleared to my account on 5-3.

Prosper still owes me a refund of a failed payment deducted in error under their 2 line transaction for failed payments.

I received 1 payment from this batch - under the old 4 business day to clear ACH rule we should have received these funds on 5-10.

I'm less than happy.

I've got both of these problems, too.

And now I also find that I have two loans (including Darth Breezy's) that show Failed Automatic payments that somehow managed to result in money in my account.  On the Note Detail Page, under Payment History, the Borrower Payments views show Failed transactions with no breakdown for Principal/Interest/Fees, while the Lender Accounting views show money received.  In my Account History, I can see the payment breakdown.  As if that weren't FUBAR enough, one of the loans had collections fees assessed, while the other did not, and yet they both posted their payments before reaching 1-month late status.  Good grief!

I've been selling my notes.  They seem to process these payments and put them in my account on time.

I have a loan....I called to make 3 manual payments at one time.   I was told it would take a few days to post.  They should be caught up next week.

I called the next day...to make a 4th payment....and for technical reasons it could go into the system.  Anyway...the balance was very low, so I asked to not have the 3 manual payments made....and just pay off the loan.  Again...told it should post next week.

I'm going on a cruise next week...and am going to put all my notes for sale while I'm gone.   The few pennies I make in interest just isn't worth my time...and I might as well get the $$$ while I can.

This one has been "processing" a payment since 4/27...

...which is 13 business days.  It's in collections and is marked OP so maybe Olga Petranovich is on vacation.

i found another "problem", which i assume to be from the big update.

as a borrower, i've been paying my loan with proceeds from my lender account since the SEC shutdown.  i'm several months ahead, as my income used to exceed my own loan payment.

next payment is due September 28, 2010.
last manual payment, from Prosper account, April 30, 2010 (effective May 3, 2010).

however... in my "event history" over in the "my account" section, i have the following errant entries (i replaced bank name w/ *'s):

  • User Sent Message      You sent a message to Customer Support. View message.     May-14-2010 1:56 PM
  • Loan Payment Succeeded    Your loan payment of $124.15 on loan "Prosper Re-Investment" (Loan #27891) was made successfully from your bank account "***". View loan payment history.    May-10-2010 5:57 PM

The loan that started Payoff-in-progress on 4/27 has still not cleared funds.
Same here - payment initiated on 4/27 is still "processing." I tend to think it has failed, but that could be just pessimism (and experience).
Still "processing." Almost three weeks now.

I can't make a manual payment. I called the last couple of days and no answer at Prosper. This is the message I see online:

"Manual payments are temporarily disabled. In the meantime, if you would like to make a manual payment, please call Customer Support at 1-866-615-6319, Monday - Friday, 11AM - 8PM ET (8AM - 5PM PT)."
