Interesting post by the guy seeing the automated bidder ending up investing more than usual due to 4.0. If I was on an automated plan and didn't get wind of this until 24 or so before it went live DURING THE HOLIDAYS I'd raise holy heck. Going with 4.0 for the automated lenders became an automatic opt-in to the new system. Does anyone know the legal aspects of the notice given to the automatic folks?
