Hello everyone,
   I am actually very happy to have found this site. I've been debating about becoming a lender for awhile and now I'm ready. Well I've still got a few questions, which is why I've come to this site. This seems to be the best place to get some of my questions answered. I look forward to the advice and guidance you all can give.

I also forgot to add a little info about myself. I'm in college currently with a dual major in accounting and economics. I enjoy reading and am a huge comic book fan...I also enjoy long walks on the beach, and cuddling with that special someone. Lol the last part was a joke....I'm not very funny.
