Got my check today. $8.21. Had no idea what it should have been. Wasn't even sure I was included, since I didn't see much of anything in terms of correspondence (nothing like what was posted here). But I updated my contact info on the CA website anyway.

Off to McDonald's for lunch!

It looks like I'm a winner.  I got $68.66.  Since the check says to cash it promptly...I'm heading out to the bank.  Then, tomorrow, I'll be taking the proceeds to the casino.

$40.44 for me. The most I've ever received from a class action, easy.

Edit to add: I had a total of $1,562.44 in principal charge-offs. So this payment was just over 2.5% of principal charge-offs for me as well.

So times 4 will be $169.56. On net losses of $400+ not too bad of a recovery.

ETA: My total charge-offs was $1350, so $0.126 on the dollar. As good or better than a bankruptcy recovery.  :-\

My net losses were $366; $1476 in charge-offs.

I got a $41 check today.

When I lost the $366 I didn't fast for 2 weeks so I won't be buying a fancy lunch with the $41.  Dollars are fungible.

Received a check for $59 today - about 2.5% of charged off principal.  Have tax implications been discussed yet?

same here- $171 check, 6667 charge off, 1,755 net loss.

It's nice to pop back in for a moment.  I got my check today, $13 and some odd change.  Overall I ended up in the black by a few dollars.  It was an interesting ride.

I've been reading about the crash of 07-08, and it's interesting to note that subprime started going downhill in 06, just when most of us started investing in Prosper.
