Didn't the named plaintiffs each get a few thousand or so?

Yes, several plaintiffs got paid for adding very little value. One person apparently could not keep his knife in the kitchen drawer, so the class got stuck also paying for additional plaintiffs - who also added very little value, but who also collected incentive comp.

$336 today.. Is that the last of it?
Is this the highest?

How much did you invest all together?
I don't remember. It's been about 10 years and I didn't break even.

Did knifeman stay as a named plaintiff?

This last check for me was $332. I think I put in $30Kish.

He sure did. He added little beyond embarrassing displays of impulse-control, which sort of help place his other issues into context.

Generally, his interests as a named plaintiff were self-serving in nature, and not in the interest of the class members. Class Counsel appeared to view him as an unfortunate distraction.

Sad, but not surprising.

I can no longer rule out a Beerbud presidency, but he is happily preoccupied with pimping his crap on LinkedIn.

How come I've never heard of this knife guy until now? Can someone fill me in on the story?

Got the check. Can one of our highly esteemed class representatives contact our well paid council and ask why Payout 4 was the same as Payout 3 to the exact penny, when each disbursement should include the pool of the previous payments non-cashed payouts. e.g. Payout 4 should also include the non-cashed payout 3 checks. Or am I to believe every single check was cashed to the penny? No one moved, no one lost a check, no one tossed out a $3 check in the garbage, or didnt open thinking it was junk mail, no one died, etc. Seems a bit beyond belief. Obviously another mistake was made.

I'm also still waiting for one of our esteemed class members to find out (and let us know) where the interest is on the funds we lent out for over a year to the disbursement company. Or was that a generous 0% interest loan to them as well? fyi, In California, the legally binding interest rate on a judgment is 10% per annum. This of course would be paid by the disbursement company.
