Same here. And with this check I now have a total rate of return profit on my prosper experience that has surpassed, I say SURPASSED 1%!

Does this put me in the top 5% of all prosper lenders?

FWIW, I received a letter from Strategic Claims, dated January 14, 2015, which appeared to indicate that Prosper had made the second payment.

Sounds like someone has made some interest on our money. But at today's rates, probably not much.

Check dated 9/11/2015.  Letter is not dated, but says this is "your share of the balance of the Net Settlement Fund for the Second Annual Distribution".

it sounds like prosper made the payment on time and Strategic Claims dropped the ball

They were supposed to make the payment to the Class.

If Prosper pays a third party and that third party doesn't pay the Class, Prosper is in default.
