Been a Prosper.com member since Feb. 2007...started a group in April 2007...30K invested with just over 220 loans...I enjoy the Prosper community, helping borrowers improve thier listings and interfacing with my group..I used to be active on the Prosper.com forum but Prosper scrapped it out in Nov 2007 and the new one is tightly controlled and sterile...There are many experienced lenders and borrowers who are regulars on this site, much can be learned here...Most veteran lenders, including myself,  have a number of bad loans on thier books and some can be a little surly at times, don't take it personal, check your emotions at the door and you will be fine...
