Bumped the lender servicing fee to 1% for AA's...

Yet another hit on lender's ROI.

Take a look at all the loans just created..I'm guessing PMI sent out emails to everyone who previously registered & were denied due to state..A remarkable number of 30%+ listings.

Almost near 3000 active listings at the moment. The norm is 2200-2500...

Not only are the state rate caps gone, but the state minimum amounts appear to be gone as well.

So you can create a listing for only $500?

No, Prosper still has a $1000 minimum, but the state restrictions are gone.  Some states used to have higher minimums.

Next up will be larger loans, plus i'm sure secured loans will be in the future.

PMI finally did something right..Too bad it's too late for some of us.

Unsecured lending isn't for me.

There's still a Prosper-imposed minimum of $1000.  But, in the past, NM had a $3001 minimum, NH had a $10,000 minimum, etc., based on specific state regulations.

This will raise the interest rates for the good listings. The high amount of listings will dilute the lending pool. More lending funds will be stuck in these extra, high rate, listings, so the good listings will have fewer bids. However, there is more trash to sift through now.

Oh, I get it. Now all states, except SD, have a minimum loan amount of 1000. Thanks Trav.

Anton throws a snickers at one of the first listings from Nevada - an HR borrower.  (But I'm not seeing why she's rated so low.)
