The "posting time" thread on .com forums
« on: April 15, 2008, 01:15:25 pm »

https://connect.prosper.com/t/2574.aspx

Just an FYI, not that any long term .ORGers will be surprised, but Prosper is still squelching any negative comments made about them.  I responded to this post with a short statement about how Prosper is disallowing any posts negative about Prosper from being posted.

After the next wave of released postings, mine wasn't included.

Nice to know Prosper is allowing OPEN discussion about themselves on their forum, isn't it?

I've said it before, I'll say it again: They accomplished exactly what they set out to do - make the .com forums completely useless. Good ol' Chrisfs is still there to defend them I see ;)

"Once again, we note that your threats are hollow and you come across like a sad, lonely blowhard.

I doubt anyone here gives a shit about you.  We pretty much all know that you are a vile and unethical parasite of a human being with an abnormal craving for attention."

Is there still any doubt in anyone's mind that Prosper is just your run-of-the-mill online PayDay store (without the bite), dressed up in a clever marketing gimmick - and executed using other people's money?

No, but I'm a lender. :)

well they did finally spend some of their resources to track down and ban those profitable lenders who were putting naughty org links in their profile, so they must be on the road to riches by now
