As a purely speculative guess, I would say Fuller will eventually quit (for better opportunities).  I don't see him as a job hopper.  He seems intelligent.  I *think* he is making progress.  But anyone here is welcome to prove me wrong.  For his profession, the mess he is digging into must be nothing less than fascinating.  I say more than 9 months since I think prosper will last at least a year.

Honestly,working at prosper must suck.

I don't see an IPO coming,i don't see future profits coming now.All i see is a job where everyone is raping the company for big salaries till something better comes along or the Venture Capital runs out.

Well they need to really quadrupedal their loan origination to get to brake even state (right?).  And for that to happen, requires a combination or advertising & low interest rates (& for the interest rates to be low, defaults have to be low or at least the lenders need to be misled about the default rate).
