I had another 4 loans (4+ late) with attempted pulls doen on Friday-  they all failed.

Why are they attempting a pull on 4+ month lates?  Are they (Prosper?  AmSher?) authorized to do that?

I had 6 4+ months lates that got pulls last Friday(5-16-08). Three were successful and three weren't.

Prosper auto-pulled one of my 4 4+month lates (and the borrower initiated a payment on another 1).  The borrower's succeeded; Prospers' failed.  One of the two that they didn't even try was Bama's great loan pick (the 14% DTI B who never even made a single payment).  I REALLY would like to know what explanation he gave Prosper for making ZERO payments when he (apparently) instructed them not to make any further ACH pulls.  That loan is so obviously fraud, that more information about it (and Prosper's investigation of it) may well be the information that ranks #1 on my list of things I want to know from Prosper.  Maybe I'll have to send them a lawyerly demand letter.  :ninja:

One of my 4+ lates made a payment!!! (and it cleared). I wonder if they'll ever make another since the 2 payments made have not reduced their original loan amount - all pmts have gone to interest & late fees, but heck I'm not complaining - I got something. Of course now they're 3 months late and not gonna be in the default sale whenever that gets around to happening.

Don't worry, the payment will be disputed in a few weeks.

If they're making payments, no matter how small, it's better than the 3-ish% Prosper may have sold it for.
