Fred93 has today updated his blog.  This posting is just an update on the late loan charts.

Is that Aug '06 and Oct '06 at 1/3rd Late???  Ouch...

What looks interesting are the loan portfolios starting 12/31/07 & going forward.  Initial months start out much flatter, but eventually tick up in what appears to be a somewhat normal default rate (for prosper).

I suspect this is due to a shift in lender selecting better quality borrowers.  The first couple of months, repayment is good since they just got their cash.  But once it's spent they are back in the same hole they started in.
