Payments / Loans you have that were 4+ months late since the PCOCT began.

I am 0/6.

I have had 9 loans hit 4+ Months late.  I have only ever received any money on just one of those loans (it was after PCOCT) but that was a Community Payment by the group leader (suspected) which completely paid off the loan.
