It never ceases to amaze me that of all people (you being one of the largest lenders and I'm assuming would have continued to lend if they'd done things right), they completely ignore your comments/blog. 
Their thinking seems to be that anyone who complains about their behavior is a "troublemaker" who should be "ignored". They are superior. We are inferior and irrelevant.
No doubt they find my criticism harsh at this point. What they fail to understand is that as they continue their siege mentality, refuse to admit their mistakes, and carry on with their nonsense, they only make my criticism harsher. Oh and by the way they are killing their own business.
It has been beyond my wildest imagination that they would be this dense, but they are.
I would welcome their change at any time.
