Hey hey all!

I'm new here, but I've been on Prosper for a while now, pre- and post- SEC filing.

Anyone else do Vittana Vittana, Kiva, or Microplace.com?  Anyone else interested in SRI in general?

Anyways, gotta get back to work.  Love to hear back from you guys!  ;D

I've made some loans on kiva, maybe about 15, they all have paid back no problem. After donating, I think I still came out ahead. I think I'll put some more money in there soon. Unlike Prosper or LC you actually have personal info on them and if you are willing and able, you actually could go visit the person you lend to. I'm sure it would make for an interesting adventure.

I haven't tried any of the others and I don't know what SRI is.

Cool, I'm glad Kiva worked out for you.  None of my notes have matured yet.  You have personal info on borrows on Vittana too, which is pretty cool.

Oh, BTW, SRI is socially responsible investing.

P.S. Nice post-relaunch ROI. ;)

Your ROI looks like you have an accurate screen name.  Good job!

Haha, thanks. ;)  I've been basically lucky, I think.  I can't claim LendStat's 20%+ ROI, though, although I've started to do more research using lendstats.com in the hopes of reaching it.

I wanna do the LendingClub IRA... I'm gonna post on the other forum and see what folks are saying.

I'm not out of the woods yet. Although I think I have been continually improving my lending strategies, I won't feel 100% confident of great returns until the post-relaunch loans reach 9 months in age and that will be a while. And the possibility of insolvency is always in the back of my mind, but the lure of possible >20% returns has just been too much for me to resist, especially when getting bonuses on top of that.
