As Prosper's privacy policy is quite strict, it was determined that we could not send the ROI email to users who had opted out of email marketing. That may be why you didn't receive the email. As mentioned in another thread, you can contact support@prosper.com to get the stats without changing your marketing preferences.

Prosper: 8.43%
Lendstats: 8.58%
Ericscc: 8.13%
XIRR: 8.93%

I'm one of the rare lenders whose ROI ericscc has consistently underestimated, though it's been getting better as more of my loans pay off.
Wow, your xirr is the highest of the 4, usually its the other way around. Any theories as to why that may be?

Nonattender is also one who I think was underestimated by erics, and like you his erics roi has been moving up over the past several months.

That's a good thing.

I'd rather they answer my email about why loans get "stuck" in "late".

Nominate for lobby.

What makes this lobby worthy?

The various methods of computing ROI should be of interest to every investor.

While I can see the argument, this thread is in no way news about the platform itself and the people that have posted their information here may not want it googleable.

I think this thread IS Lobby-worthy -- the comparison of different ways of looking at lender performance is clearly appropriate for the Lobby IMHO.  The Googleability issue is a closer call in my view.  Personal information makes a thread non-appropriate for the Lobby, and that has always been the "rule."  Here, though, the "personal" information isn't especially personal -- simply the ROI of various lenders calculated in different ways.  Since many of those ways (Erics', Lendstats) are already publicly available, and only the XIRR calculation isn't, I don't really see a significant privacy issue here.  On balance, I think this thread is appropriate for the Lobby, but the mods should wait a while to see if others express a contrary view.

I'm OK with lobby.  I suppose any poster who isn't could simply edit their post to remove XIRR if they wanted to.

Well, it's probably hard to accurately estimate a portfolio full of so many strange edge cases and oddities.

... but not so hard anymore! :)
