-1.86%, 1202 day avg age - ericscc.com
1.91%, 31.3 months - lendstats.com

Lendstats is closer to correct.  4 loans left, all current.  3 have paid back more than the $50 I put in.  The 4th is my largest loan and never late, and I know the guy personally so it looks like by mid-next year I will have fully extracted myself from the Prosper clutches with my original money intact.  Aside from the cost of capital loss and given the number or loans from the early days I'm very happy with this return.

+14.98% - ericscc.com
+10.26% - lendstats.com
+22.52 - XIRR

I would be happy to do XIRR if someone is willing to walk me through the process - but if XIRR takes into account income from incentive programs and folio trades I think it will be much higher.

Cheers,

Here is a start.

Slide down to the SPREADSHEET section - I use XENON's spreadsheet (modified),

Mark's thread has some good discussion.

XIRR question:

In calculating your balance for the last entry I am not sure if

Current balance-lates = Balance (for last entry)
or
Current balance-lates-Principal charge-offs = Balance (for last entry)

It looks as if Principal charge-offs have already been removed from current balance.

After having done the XIRR I am not sure it is accurate as it assumes a liquidate now balance for the last entry and that isn't possible.  There will be future loss that will bring the Interest rate lower.

Not sure which "last entry" you are referring to.  Using Xenon's spreadsheet, in Account Balance I enter Principal value of active notes + Cash Balance from Prosper's INVESTING page.

Principal Charge-offs are indeed already accounted for.

I sum up my 1 month lates and my 2+ month lates for two single entries in the LATE section of the spreadsheet, so they can be appropriately discounted.

You didn't ask about recoveries, but they come back in to increase Cash Balance.
