Well I'm sure CL can talk all he wants to, but as long as it doesn't publish, then he's fine.

BTW you can still run forward looking statements if you meet certain guidelines.   I'm not sure if Prosper falls into that category, though.

GREAT pics Fred - thanks for taking one for the team. Love that during a quiet period you have to blog about little black dresses but you can do interviews with one of the Big 3 news stations.

That picture came out of the second video for this article.
The interview was done back in March, 2008.  Well before the quiet period began.
