Just realized I never did introduce myself even if I have been out here 2 years.

Well anyways I'm tekiegreg, currently 31 years old, live in Loveland, CO married with a 1 yr old daughter.

Found prosper.com when actually searching out whether or not an "Ebay of lending" could be a viable business model as I had thought about starting a site like that myself or pitching it to somebody who would listen.  Never mind that anymore...think the question on p2p lending as a viable business model has been answered loudly.

Generally I'm a good sport on the boards, I tend to like a lively debate, moreso on topics I can speak with an education on.  My favorite people to pick on are usually PPT, Keryl and Zadrock.  I may even look BamaLucky in the eye in a debate on occasion when I'm feeling brave.  He mostly thinks I'm retarded though so like most people I just brush him off or ignore him.  I tend to have few people on ignore though at any time, and generally not for very long when I get intrigued in something they have to say.

Just thinking how much this changed in 6 years...all 3 on that hit list are long gone.  Guess I have to leave my favorite debates at Bamalucky and well...Bamalucky, maybe pick on Lord Savage on occasion.

I like debates where people are bringing up good points but also actually considering stuff, so there's quite a few here that work well for me (Shen and Cubbies jump to mind as being quite good about that, though I don't always agree with them) and some that it's pretty much beyond bothering. But I also have fun arguing and/or commiserating with several of the more rational regulars. Still a good group overall.
