They got this email yesterday morning. Still no response. Been > 24 hours now.
If I don't receive a response tomorrow, I am going to send a much more stern communication to them.
Basically, if they do not update credit reports in a timely manner:
- I will dispute the entries on my credit reports, because the balance and payment records are so out of date that they may pose a material impact with my other creditors
- I will notify the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General of Pennsylvania and the Attorney General of California about your "problem"
- I will notify Consumerist and other financial blog sites and publications of your deficiency
A snowstorm is coming my way tomorrow, so I will have plenty of time to launch a campaign to convince Prosper to act responsibly and justify why it takes 4 months to update information that the rest of the lending industry has no problem updating in 1.
