For the upcoming webinar, will there be a Q&A period where those attending can type in questions to have answered?

Thank you,

While it's not quite the Thirsty Bear, are you suggesting a mini-reunion?

Man, I'd love for another night at the Thirsty Bear.

Wouldn't it be great...after all these years, to throw together a M&G somewhere?  Somehow, the Thirsty Bear seems like the perfect place to do it.

Yes it would.  If I ever find myself in SanFran, I know I'll be stopping by for a beer.

Got a very quick response:

Hi XXXXXX,

While we can't promise that we'll get to all of them we're very much looking forward to hearing from the audience and having time to answer questions.

Thanks,

Laurie Azzano

Would be interesting to see what kinds of questions they choose to answer.

I have registered for this webinar but not sure exactly how much time I will be able to devote to it.

Any suggestions for questions to be asked?

I will also be attending the webinar. I spoke with Prosper yesterday and people will be able to type in questions during the webinar. Then at the end there will be some time for answers. Of course, like most webinars, they get to choose what questions to answer. So I don't think anything too contentious will be addressed.

I can hear it, but it's saying "loading presenter's screen" for the last several minutes.

Logged out, then back in.  It's working properly now.

Using iPhone.

From the webinar, Prosper considers pre-SEC to be Prosper 1.0 and post-SEC to be Prosper 2.0. No mention of the California-only opening without SEC approval.  And they also did not mention the significant change from being auction based to hard-set rates.

I asked the following question in relation to this:

Quote
Q: Is there not going to be any mention of the re-opening of Prosper as a California only model without SEC approval?

This question has yet to be answered.

Now they are talking about the loan loss rates and ratings etc.

I asked the following question (also has not been answered):

Quote
Q: The method used to calculate credit grades has changed over time. Are these vintage charts based on the original credit grade classifications at the time of the loan or is this backwards looking with the new calculation method?

We are now in the Q&A session.

Prosper answered this question stating that the charts are based on the original credit grade classifications.
