I have registered for this webinar but not sure exactly how much time I will be able to devote to it.

Any suggestions for questions to be asked?

I will also be attending the webinar. I spoke with Prosper yesterday and people will be able to type in questions during the webinar. Then at the end there will be some time for answers. Of course, like most webinars, they get to choose what questions to answer. So I don't think anything too contentious will be addressed.

From the webinar, Prosper considers pre-SEC to be Prosper 1.0 and post-SEC to be Prosper 2.0. No mention of the California-only opening without SEC approval.  And they also did not mention the significant change from being auction based to hard-set rates.

I asked the following question in relation to this:

Q: Is there not going to be any mention of the re-opening of Prosper as a California only model without SEC approval?

This question has yet to be answered.
