No, we're due the full settlement amount, with accrued interest, right now.

Everyone's OK with letting them flaunt the settlement agreement?

The facts seem to indicate that they did NOT "flaunt the settlement agreement."  Apparently Prosper made the payment on time.  The payment processing company, which was appointed by the Court, dropped the ball.  That's not Prosper's fault.

I had the same ratio increase. Just to be clear, there wasn't supposed to be an increase with the second check, correct? Are we theorizing that we have received interest on the payment that should have been mailed end of January?

Doubtful.  I'm theorizing that the increase was due to the uncashed checks from the first round.
