On a separate note, I think there’s a gap in Mrs. Muriel’s bio ( http://www.prosper.com/about/management/catherine_muriel.aspx ). She had another job after E-LOAN but before Prosper. http://promomagazine.com/news/pay_by_touch_murial_cmo_013107/

But I'd be even more pleasantly surprised if anything became of this...

Well, it looks like the other responses pretty much covers it.
But yeah, I'm not looking for a resumé.  But including the most recent occupation prior to Prosper, for goodness sake, would certainly be an upstanding thing to do.

I don't think it makes any difference, but I note that it falls within the parameters of expected Prosper behavior.

We can never trust that we are being provided with accurate, complete and timely information from these people.

There always seems to be some misdirection, evasiveness, selective disclosure, delay, double-talk and empty promises involved.

Instead of using the slogan "Let's Bullshit Each Other," I'd like to suggest that the governing moral compass of Prosper should be "Exercise integrity in the moment of choice."

Then that would argue that there's no point in putting up their bios at all.
To a small extent, I agree.  But I think we're entitled to see the credentials of Prosper's execs.  So they DO serve a purpose.  But cherry-picking the bios defeats that purpose.

executive bios are important for anyone who wants to research a company before investing their money, especially when dealing with a startup
