Bumped the lender servicing fee to 1% for AA's...
Take a look at all the loans just created..I'm guessing PMI sent out emails to everyone who previously registered & were denied due to state..A remarkable number of 30%+ listings.
Not only are the state rate caps gone, but the state minimum amounts appear to be gone as well.

But, in the past, NM had a $3001 minimum, NH had a $10,000 minimum, etc., based on specific state regulations.
