No worries...I was just sitting here, realizing that brokenjago's new business venture is almost in walking distance from my office.
I still think there's hope for Jago, in the "might turn into a good risk when he grows up" sense, but, don't
think he was ripe/mature enough yet, in hindsight... Still playing kiddie card games, if his FaceBook page
is at all accurate. Pretty sure he was an NC, at the time, just over 18, so yet another datapoint against
my little Capital One inspired theory about targeting super-early adopters, before they'd dealt with banks.
Then again, I remember another loan to a girl who was about the same age, but visibly had her shit more
together, and was going to college, working, posted an "it makes sense" budget, and who opted to show
a picture in her listing - where she was sitting in her non-junk-filled, but clean, apartment w/no furniture.
It's still a case by case thing, but maybe there's some truth to the old "girls mature faster than boys" bit.
Of course, I suppose she could have had a closet full of evidence of a "shoe problem", but I took a risk...
And that one paid off, if memory serves...
