OMG, there so much to say, yet I can't find the words.
Like, I suspect he was a fraternity boy for the two years he was in college (I'm suspecting he didn't graduate), and then as a "shout out" to his frat, he thought big of calling himself "the purple," perhaps an ode to his sorority fraternity color?
