Doug Fuller vs Texas
« on: May 18, 2008, 06:51:00 pm »

I seem to remember somewhere Doug Fuller saying he wouldn't sue borrowers in Texas.

Now I can't find it.  Did I dream this, or what?  If someone can point me to it I would appreciate it.  I looked in the official prosper blog and prosper forum.  The forum has very limited search capaiblities.

Oh.  I see.  Looks like it wasn't Doug who said that, but rather a response from lender customer service.  And it didn't say we won't sue in Texas, it just said we aren't suing right now in Texas.

Thanks.  My memory wasn't quite accurate.

Well that would be true in every state except for California.

Why would his memory be more accurate in California?

But would he remember that if he weren't in California?
