Thanks for the welcome,  I started a topic in the general area regarding my most recent negative (as in cash-negative) experience on pros.per.  The title is "Why am I so Mad?".

Good to see you've slowed down on bidding for a bit.  Many lenders get killed by over confidence when the first few months turn out ok.  You typically don't know your true results until your average loan age hits 1 year.

Caution & skepticism are good items to have in your lender's tool belt until you soak up enough knowledge.

Ummm...that's not me. I'm only JoshuaTree here. Sorry for the confusion.....

But you guys all slay me with the quick "lookups" you do.  No one can BS anyone on this forum, the proof is right there....on lendingstats..
