Your numbers are wrong. If you look at July 30-31, 2008, Prosper only had $878,803 in loans. I eventually found that you included August 1 to get to 1.1 million.

The default plus late percentage is higher than the loan rate.So if you loaned on every loan on PMI the same amount,you would be losing your ass!It would only get worse too.
