Apparently only one of the five complained, but they went and read everything she'd recently sent.

Thank you for again ignoring my concerns about collections.  Do you ever intend to provide a substantive response?  I do hope that Prosper intends to do something about collections, instead of leaving it for angry lenders to address. 

I certainly hope that including Prosper's apparent counsel on this communication is not a violation of some term of service that have not yet been shared with me.

If I have not identified counsel properly on this email, I would appreciate your providing me with his or her contact information.

No, I think the Epictetus suspension was the epitome of this.  Poor guy never did nothin' to Propser.

Still no luck. Well, if sending messages to deadbeats doesn't work...maybe I'll try messaging some random active-lenders about the Big Money article. Let's see if that does the trick.
