Yup; gone.

He was so effective, too.  I should have realized he had left from that dramatic dropoff in collections success.    >:(

Keeping him as long as they was another notch in the "This company has no idea what they're doing" belt.

Getting rid of Fuller would appear to be good news for Prosper.

Nominate for Lobby, since it's important to also highlight positive developments.

Isn't this only positive if they replace him with someone effective at the task?

Who is that I would wonder...

I'd argue that Doug Fuller has been an unmitigated disaster for Prosper.  The fact that someone finally had the backbone to get rid of such a senior-level executive (or he had the decency to finally move on) seems like a net positive to me.  He should have been gone a LONG time ago.

In reading the bio of the new guy, it didn't look live what they found is a huge improvement, but he deserves a chance to prove himself, and continuing along the path of Fuller wasn't going anywhere good.

So, this pretty much leaves just Larsen and Inglis leftover from the early regime?

Yes, it will be interesting to see who they replace him with. Especially since Fuller came with all sorts of pedigrees and yet did nothing. It might even be a good idea to find a good collection agency (just read CB and see who they hate the most) and move everything to them and have customer service do preliminary collections. And preferably someone who doesn't tell the borrower that they should never get advice from lenders, because all they want to do is get the money.....

Don't be lazy guys.  New dude's bio is up on the site.

Perhaps Fuller is off to serve in some type of neutral capacity in government financial product oversight?   :ninja:

Sounds like he's more a technology guy than a collections guy.
