Yes. Any settlement/resolution would not be binding on those members. I called one of my class action dudes and left him a message. I'll post if there's anything to add.
However, Prosper still has 5 more days to notify us.
Maybe they haven't emailed me because they intend to try to stiff me of my $.76 again. 
So if the settlement/resolution is non-binding, does that mean a simple claim form later on would obligate Prosper to pay it, or does it mean a lawsuit has to be refiled? Perhaps a better question is: If I don't get a notice, is it possible (or best practice in these cases) to notify Prosper/court/attorneys of my contact info?
