Thanks for the heads-up.  I posted a comment. 

Interestingly, while my comment was awaiting moderation, I received an email from Dough Roller thanking me for my comment, but asking for backup for my statements (that's the first time anyone has ever done that).  I replied with some further explanation and links to Traveler505's MNH reports on his blog, and several articles and the open letters on Fred93's blog.
