Prosper lawsuit
« on: December 19, 2007, 07:34:15 pm »

Points to ponder if a prosper employee ever read this post.

Since it's beginning to come to light that PMI is "lawyering up"

Here's an incomplete list of people i would subpoena.Feel free to add to it.Prosper would look like an ass when these people got through

Big Gulp(would ask him to reveal how/who/what he floated out as topics for prosper on the forum)

Rateladder(obvious reasons too numerous to list)
Karen
Rip
Brian(forum mod)
Rob
All current employees
Islandmele
Fred93
FAN
2mills

Lots of these people have stories that would make whatever prosper was going after you for, pale in comparison.

Why Islandmele? What does she have to do with any of this?

I think Penncro and the other former and current collection agencies should be added to the list.

Could the management team plead insanity?

I just want to state for the record that I know nothing.  My role is "pundit".  8)

I'd say it would be legitimate once pleading stupidity doesn't pan out.

I'm sure there is a lot more to her relationship with Prosper than they want us to know about.

Pundits are permitted their moments of hysteria.  In punditland, we call it "the moment of clarity"  :ninja:

I would supoena:

1)All 520k+ Prosper members. (If court procedural rules limit the number of people I can bring in or it's limited due to cost constraints, even .1% of that amount or 520 people is a lot. This would be split 60%/40% between lenders/borrowers)
2)The Prosper VC's.
3)All current/former Prosper employees
4)All former employees of Red Gorilla.
5)All current/former emplyers/friends of Chris Larsen, John Witchel, Ed Giedgowd, Kirk Inglis, Catherine Muriel, Chris Denend, Doug Fuller, and Thomas Pigowski up to 10 years back.
6)All current/former employers/friends of the Prosper VC's up to 10 years back.
7)All current/former employers/friends of Prosper Shira up to 10 years back.
